• Ronaldo has bought flats and houses for many members of his family. But his mother always comes to Milan and stays with him.

• Ronaldo bought a pizza parlour for his dad Nelio in Rio de Janeiro, with the help of Ronie's sister, Lone.

• Ronaldo loves to buy gifts for people he grew up with. His nephew Caio gets all sorts of presents, but Caio doesn't get to play with them until Ronaldo has finished with them!

• Ever since he was a kid, Ronaldo has had treatment for his buck teeth. He was nicknamed Monica after a cartoon character with goofy teeth! He only recently stopped wearing a brace.

• Ronaldo loves sweets and ice cream. But he doesn't grow fat.

• The manager of Sao Cristovao said: 'when we had breakfast at the club, every player was given half a loaf of bread and cheese. When we asked if anybody wanted seconds, Ronaldo was always the first one to stick his hand up, and so as the thirds... I don't know where he used to put it all!'

• Nowadays, Ronaldo loves Italian food, especially lasagna

• During leisure time, Ronaldo surfs the internet and playing tennis and table tennis.

• He also spends time with his pet Alsatian 'Pichichi', which means top scorer in Spanish.

• Ronaldo is a sports car crazy. He has bought a Ferrari in Italy.

• Ronaldo's first car was a VW golf but he drives it without a driving license. The police stopped Ronaldo and released Ronaldo after recognized that the one in front of him is his favourite football star.
